The villa is located on the Villamartin PGA Tour Golf course. This course is regarded as the best in the region and considered one of the top courses in the whole of Spain. The courses of Campoamor & Las Ramblas are also nearby.

PanoramaGolf is only a short walk away from Villamartin Plaza which consists of a beautiful central square surrounded by over 40 bars and restaurants all of which are child friendly.

The nearest beach La Zenia is less then 2 Km away, and also nearby are the beaches of Cabo Roig, Campoamor, and Playa Flamenca. All of these beaches have been awarded the European Blue Flag for cleanliness.

The large resort town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away. Further afield and a 35 minute drive away is Murcia. Murcia is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain with parks and museums to explore. FC Murcia are in Spains Premier La Liga division and regularly play host to Real Madrid and Barcelona.
