To make a booking please contact us first to check availability. Please email chris@panoramagolfvillas.co.uk or telephone Chris or Sandra.

Bookings will be taken on a first come basis. Also the earlier you book the cheaper the flights with the low cost airlines will be.

£100 deposit is payable on booking. Balance to be paid a  minimum of two months before departure. This allows sufficient time for us to provide detailed directions, organise collection of the keys and ensure the necessary arrangements are made for the villa to be ready for your arrival.

Please note rental cost will be dependent upon  number of guests and rental season.  The cost for the Villa per week will be between £200 - £400.

Cleaning Charges

 There will be an additional local cleaning charge. This is a charge from the property management company for making the Villa ready for your stay and the final clean of it after your departure.

55 Euros for four persons + 10 Euros per person above 4.

Airport Collection - Transportation to villa from:

                                 Alicante - 45 Euros One way for 3 people. 55 Euros for 4 people + 5 Euros per person above 4

                                 Murcia - 30 Euros One way for 3 people. 35 Euros for 4 people + 5 Euros per person above 4

We can provide at no extra cost a Baby Travel Cot/Playpen and 2 Travel Easyfit Stairgates.

Golf Club Hire is available. (2 sets. Magregor Graphite and Wilson Fatshaft) at £15 per set per stay.

General Assistance/Emergencies

We use the property management company Keeping Up Appearances who will help with any enquiries, restaurant recommendations, etc... They will also assist in the event of any problems, emergencies. Contact details contained within villa instruction pack.
